Are you fully insured?

Yes! We carry Liability, Bonding and Workers Compensation. You are issued an Insurance Certificate before we start your service(s).

Can I trust your staff?

Absolutely! All of our staff go through a background, credit, motor vehicle check and are also drug tested. We do not hire subcontractors.


Will the same cleaning person be sent each time?


Our staff always works in teams, and one person from that team will always be there. 

Will your staff speak English?

All our staff is required to read, speak and write English. They are fully vetted and completely legal.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies and equipment?

No. Our staff is trained on the products we use which are eco-friendly and have no fragrance. Should there be allergies in the family, we ask that you provide the vacuum cleaner as a good number of our clients have pets. We take no smoking clients, so that is not a problem.

Can I pick which day I want services?

We always ask your 'wish' day and time and try to accommodate it as best we can. We do Residential accounts  Monday - Friday,  from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. We try and keep to certain areas per day so that we can keep our costs down for our clients. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, and if we can't, we will put you on our waiting list.

Do I have to be home at the time of service?

No. Only about 30% of our clients are actually there when we arrive. You have the choice to provide us with a key or alarm code. We do not suggest leaving a door unlocked.

Can I reschedule or skip my scheduled service?

Yes you can. We ask for at least a 48 hour notice so that we can schedule other work for our staff. If we arrive and cannot do our job through no fault of our own, there is a $50.00 lock out fee.

What type of payment do you take and when is it expected?


Payment is due the day of service. We take cash, check, VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER. We leave you envelopes, and ask that you put payment inside, seal the envelope and put your last name one it. We do not take AMERICAN EXPRESS.


Is tipping customary?


Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.


Do you take clients with pets?

Absolutely! We love pets. 

Do you have a referral policy?

Yes we do! We are always looking to expand our family and rely upon our clients for their good word and referrals. If you are happy  with our services, please tell your friends, family and neighbors about us! For every referral resulting in three consecutive cleanings, you will receive a $50.00 gift certificate of your choice.


What if I'm not satisfied?

All our work is guaranteed. If you are not happy with something,  we will return within 24 hours to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas. If for some reason we cannot satisfy your concerns, we will offer you a refund and terminate services immediately.


Can I get all this in writing?


Absolutely! You are given a Service Agreement (not a contract), a Scope of Work and an Insurance/Worker's Comp Certificate.
